摘  要:目的探究自制骨折闭合复位装置应用于下肢骨折山羊的效果。方法 20只同一品种的健康成年山羊,随机均分为观察组和对照组,每组10只。两组均制造股骨干完全性横断骨折模型,观察组采用骨折复位装置行微创闭合复位处理,对照组采用常规植入钢板内固定法。比较两组山羊术后骨折愈合情况、骨皮质厚度、骨髓腔直径、骨折端胶原蛋白含量百分比、骨折端骨小梁密度以及实验室生物力学试验指标。结果观察组骨不连发生率10%与对照组的40%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.400, P=0.121>0.05)。术后1个月,观察组骨折愈合程度评分为(2.01±0.01)分高于对照组的(0.52±0.04)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=114.28, P<0.05)。观察组术后骨皮质厚度(2.15±0.15)mm高于对照组的(2.00±0.13)mm,骨髓腔直径(11.61±0.87)mm小于对照组的(12.65±1.23)mm,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组骨折端胶原蛋白含量百分比(61.54±6.05)%及骨折端骨小梁密度(71.92±7.12)%均显著高于对照组的(52.31±5.11)%、(51.68±5.12)%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的轴向刚度(1065.31±105.28)N/mm、抗扭转刚度(1.29±0.01)Nm/°及三点弯曲刚度(跨距:8 cm)(645.42±63.54)N/mm均高于对照组的(823.31±82.11)N/mm、(0.97±0.08)Nm/°、(496.74±48.25)N/mm,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制骨折闭合复位装置治疗山羊下肢骨折效果显著,能有效促进山羊骨折愈合,促进其术后功能恢复,效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of self-made closed fracture reduction device in lower limb fracture of goats.Methods A total of 20 healthy adult goats of the same breed were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 10 goats in each group.The models of complete fracture of femoral shaft were made in both groups.The observation group received fracture reduction device for minimally invasive closed reduction,while the control group received conventional plate internal fixation.The postoperative fracture healing,thickness of bone cortex,diameter of bone marrow cavity,percentage of collagen content at fracture end,trabecular bone density at fracture end,and laboratory biomechanical test indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nonunion in the observation group was 10%,which had no statistically significant difference compared with 40%in the control group(χ^(2)=2.400,P=0.121>0.05).1 month after the surgery,fracture healing score(2.01±0.01)points of the observation group was higher than(0.52±0.04)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=114.28,P<0.05).The thickness of bone cortex(2.15±0.15)mm of the observation group was higher than(2.00±0.13)mm of the control group,and diameter of bone marrow cavity(11.61±0.87)mm was shorter than(12.65±1.23)mm of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The percentage of collagen content at fracture end(61.54±6.05)%and trabecular bone density at fracture end(71.92±7.12)%of the observation group were significantly higher than(52.31±5.11)%and(51.68±5.12)%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The axial stiffness(1065.31±105.28)N/mm,torsion resistance stiffness(1.29±0.01)Nm/°and three-point bending stiffness(span:8 cm)(645.42±63.54)N/mm of the observation group were all higher than(823.31±82.11)N/mm,(0.97±0.08)Nm/°,(496.74±48.25)N/mm of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0
