摘　　要：工作报告、年度总结是根据单位或行业年度已做过的工作或已发生过的重要事情按行文要求撰写而成,其内容全面,资料集中,搜集方便,是年鉴条目素材的首选资料。根据地方综合年鉴要求及入鉴标准,从中可提炼、归纳出一年来的基本情况、总体面貌作为"概况"或"综述"的素材,然后,再从中找出若干年度内的"闪光点"作为专题条目的素材;最后,根据年鉴的行文规范要求对这些素材进行整理、补充、挖掘、规范,编撰出相关的符合年鉴要求的综合性条目、综合记事专题性条目、单一性条目。The work report and annual summary are written according to the work done or important things that have happened in the year of the unit or industry according to the requirements of the writing. The content is comprehensive, the data is centralized, and the collection is convenient. It is the first choice of the material for the yearbook entry. According to the requirements of the local comprehensive yearbook and the standards of entry, we can extract and summarize the basic situation and the overall appearance of the year as the material of "general situation" or "summary ", and then find out the" bright spot "in several years as the material of the special item. Finally, according to the standard of the yearbook, we can sort out, supplement, excavate and standardize the material, compile the relevant comprehensive items, and speial items that meet the requirements of the yearbook.
