摘　　要：目的分析凉山州居民户食盐加碘措施落实情况,为适时采取针对性防治措施和科学调整干预策略提供依据。方法2018年4月至11月,在凉山州17个县市,每个县市采集100份居民食用的食盐样本,采用直接滴定法测定食盐样本的碘含量,计算并描述食盐中碘含量均数和合格碘盐食用率。结果各县食用盐碘含量中位数在25.4~29.3 mg/kg,最小值为1.3 mg/kg,最大值为52.3 mg/kg。各县合格碘盐食用率均在90%以上;不合格碘盐中,53份样本碘含量低于21.0 mg/kg,11份样本碘含量高于39.0 mg/kg;检出未加碘食盐1份。结论2018年凉山州食用盐碘含量中位数总体适中且各县合格碘盐食用率达到90%以上。Objective To analyze the implementation status of salt iodization measures in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture so as to provide the basis for timely adoption of targeted prevention and control measures and scientific adjustment of intervention strategies.Methods From April to November 2018,100 samples of edible salt of residents were collected in each of all the 17 counties of Liangshan Prefecture.The iodine content in salt samples was determined by using direct titration.The median of iodine content and the qualified rates of iodized salt were calculated.Results The median iodine content of edible salt in each county was 25.4-29.3 mg/kg,ranging from 1.3 mg/kg to 52.3 mg/kg.The qualified rate of iodine content in edible salt was above 90%in all counties.Of the substandard iodized salt,53 samples had iodine content below 21.0 mg/kg,and 11 samples had iodine content above 39.0 mg/kg.Only one sample of non-iodine salt was detected.Conclusion The median of iodine content in edible salt was moderate in Liangshan Prefecture,and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt in all counties reached more than 90%in 2018.
