摘  要:将玄武岩纤维作为外掺材料掺入到水泥固化风积砂材料中,研究了温度、水泥用量和玄武岩纤维掺量对水泥固化风积砂材料温缩应变的影响。结果表明:玄武岩纤维能有效降低水泥固化风积砂材料的温度收缩,随着玄武岩纤维掺量的增加,试件的温缩系数先减小后增大;对于水泥用量分别为10%、15%和20%的试件,对应玄武岩纤维的最佳掺量分别为0.7%、0.5%和0.5%;各因素对温缩系数的影响程度大小为:水泥用量>纤维掺量>温度。Basalt fibers were added to cement-solidified aeolian sand materials as an admixture,and the effects of temperature,cement content,and basalt fiber content on the temperature shrinkage strain of cement-solidified aeolian sand materials were studied.The results show that basalt fiber has a better effect on reducing the temperature shrinkage of cement-solidified aeolian sand materials.With the increase of the basalt fiber content,the temperature shrinkage coefficient of the specimen decreases first and then increases.For the specimens with cement content of 10%,15%and 20%,the optimal content of basalt fiber is 0.7%,0.5%and 0.5%,respectively.The degree of influence of various factors on the temperature shrinkage coefficient is:cement content>fiber content>temperature.
