摘 要:在室温情况下,考察了改性胶粘剂在压制压力、压制时间、射频(RF)加热时间及碳纳米管材料(CNTs)加载量等四项因素作用下对硬枫木单板黏合后力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:改性胶粘剂中随着CNTs加载量的逐渐升高,硬枫木单板黏合后的剪切强度得到提升。在CNTs加载量为0.41%、RF时间为45 s时,硬枫木单板剪切强度达到最高4.53 MPa,比同等条件下未改性的聚乙酸乙烯酯胶粘剂作用的剪切强度提高16%。此外,压制压力因素以及RF热处理因素对硬枫木单板剪切强度性能具备显著性影响。At room temperature,the effects of four factors,such as pressing pressure,pressing time,radio frequency(RF)heating time and carbon nanotube(CNTs)loading,on the mechanical properties of hard maple vaneer were investigated.The research results showed that with the increase of CNTs loading,the shear strength of hard maple vaneer was improved.When the loading amount of CNTs was 0.41%and the RF time was 45 s,the maximum shear strength of hard maple veneer reached 4.53 MPa,which was 16%higher than that of unmodified polyvinyl acetate adhesive under the same conditions.In addition,the factors of pressing pressure and RF heating treatment had significant influence on the shear strength of hard maple vaneer.
