人类命运共同体视域下高校保密教育工作体系构建

摘　　要：高校保密工作是国家保密工作的重要阵地。人类命运共同体视域下,高校保密宣传教育工作面临着保守秘密与交流合作界限模糊以及保密宣传教育与人才培养耦合度不高、与“走出去”步伐不一致等问题。分析人类命运共同体视域下高校保密宣传教育空间、宣传教育对象、宣传教育方式等方面发生的转变,提出将保密宣传教育与高校人才培养生命周期相契合、与高校业务流程相整合、与“走出去”办学相融合等实施路径,打造新形势下全周期、广覆盖、融合渗透式的高校保密宣传教育工作体系,为高校高质量发展保驾护航。University confidentiality is an important part of state confidentiality.From the perspective of a community with a shared future for mankind,confidentiality publicity and education in universities is faced with problems such as the ambiguous boundary between confidentiality and cooperation,low coupling between confidentiality publicity and talent cultivation,and inconsistence with the pace of“going out”.The education space,education objects and education methods are analyzed from the perspective of community with a shared future for mankind.In order to strengthen the confidentiality publicity and education in universities,some strategies are put forward,such as integrating confidentiality publicity and education with talents cultivation,construction of business process universities and“going out”school running,which helps to create a full-cycle,wide-coverage,integrated and infiltrating confidentiality publicity and education system for universities under new situation,and escorts the high-quality development of universities.
