摘 要:通过文本挖掘方法,运用CiteSpace、Ucinet和专利地图等可视化工具,从发展政策、文献计量和专利挖掘三个维度对全球人工智能产业核心技术领域的国际竞争态势进行分析。研究发现,综合政策、文献和专利数量来看,美国综合实力依旧全球第一,中国异军突起,发展迅猛;从国家间合作网络图来看,我国已与美国、日本、英国等国家开展了相关合作研究,但是研究机构之间的合作密度较低;基于研究热点、专利地图和专利权人信息来看,我国在人工智能产业核心技术领域的专利申请量已跃居全球第一;不仅在底层技术理论研究方面实现了一定的突破,在技术应用层面也拥有一定的竞争优势,技术研发与应用主要分布在自然语言处理、智能芯片、计算机视觉、自主无人系统和群体智能技术等方向。最后,通过对比分析为"十四五"时期我国人工智能产业核心技术的创新发展提供相关政策建议。Based on the three perspectives of development policy,literature measurement and patent mining,the paper analyzes the international competition in the core technology field of global artificial intelligence through the text mining method as well as other visualization tools,including CiteSpace,Ucinet and patent map.In terms of comprehensive policies,documents and patents,the United States still ranks first around the world in comprehensive strength and China is a rising force with rapid development.From the point of view of the cooperation network between countries,China has carried out relevant research cooperation with other countries,but the cooperation density between research institutions is low.Based on research hotspots,patent maps and patentee information,China has surpassed America as the country with the largest number of applications for core patents of AI industry.Not only does China have a certain breakthrough in the theoretical research of the underlying technology,but also it has its own competitive advantage in the technology application level.Furthermore,it mainly pays attention to computer vision,natural language processing,intelligent chip,autonomous unmanned system and collective intelligence technology.Consequently,through comparative analysis we provide feasible suggestions for the cultivation and development of the core technology of Artificial Intelligence industry in the Chinese 14 thFive-Year Plan period.
