摘　　要：目前针对新冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫苗和抗病毒药物都还在临床试验过程当中,早发现早隔离对防治至关重要。病毒核酸检测阳性是诊断COVID-19的金标准,但阳性率仅为30%~50%,而且检测时间长。胸部CT检查简便快捷,不仅能早期发现病灶,还能判定病灶范围及评估疗效。目前资料显示新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)与SARS相关冠状病毒(SARSr-CoV)同为冠状病毒家族,病理及影像表现具有相似性。本文结合既往SARS相关文献对本病上述CT表现进行归纳总结并推测其潜在的影像病理机制,为临床早期诊断、及时评估病情、准确判断预后提供更加精准的影像依据。The vaccine and antiviral drugs for new coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-2019)are still in clinical trials,and early detection and isolation is very important for prevention and treatment.The positive rate of viral nucleic acid is only 30%-50%and the detection time is long.Chest CT examination is simple and fast.It can not only be used to detect the lesion early,but also judge the scope of the lesion and evaluate the curative effect.At present,the data show that the new coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)and the SARS related coronavirus(SARS-CoV)are the same coronavirus family,and their pathological and imaging manifestations are similar.In this paper,we reviewed the literatures regarding SARS and summarized the above CT manifestations of COVID-19,and speculated its potential imaging pathological mechanism of COVID-19,so as to provide more accurate imaging basis for early clinical diagnosis,timely assessment of the severity disease and prediction of accurate prognosis.
