摘　　要：新近暴发的2019新型冠状病毒疾病(COVID-19)具有较高的传染性,临床主要表现为新型冠状病毒肺炎(NCP)。该病的确诊主要依靠病毒核酸检查,但由于核酸试剂盒紧缺、采样方式受限及假阴性问题,导致潜伏期及部分疑似患者得不到及时、有效诊断。CT检查是一种快速有效的检测方法,可以短期内发现潜伏期患者,有利于早期筛查及早期防控,在抗击疫情中具有重要的价值。本文结合相关文献就CT在COVID-19诊治及防控中的价值作一综述。The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is highly contagious,and the clinical manifestations are mainly novel coronavir us pneumonia(NCP).The diagnosis of the disease mainly relies on the inspection of the viral nucleic acid.However,due to the shortage of nucleic acid kit,limited sampling methods and false negative problems,the incubation period and some suspected patients cannot be diagnosed timely and effectively.CT examination is a fast and effective detection method,which can detect patients with incubation period in a short time.And CT examination is conducive to early screening and early prevention and control,and has important value in the fight against the epidemic.This article reviews the diagnostic value of CT in the diagnosis,treatment,prevention and control of COVID-19 in conjunction with related literature.
