摘 要:针对现阶段围填海工程生态系统服务价值评估时忽视围海的影响、缺乏对围填海工程后续生态追踪等现象,该文提出了一种基于海陆生态系统服务价值协同计算的围填海生态评估方法。该方法将海洋和养殖类型分开计算,提高了海域生态系统服务价值的计算精度;根据围填海后土地利用类型变化数据,协同计算海域生态系统服务价值损失和陆地生态系统服务价值增长,分析了围填海工程的长期生态影响。结果表明:(1)青岛市1990—2020年间新增围填海面积213.38 km^2,84.36%的研究区均变为建设用地;(2)研究区海域生态系统服务价值减少72139.78万元,陆域生态系统服务价值增加5001.02万元,增加远不及损失。因此,围填海工程给绝大部分地区造成了生态破坏,只有极少数地区进行了生态补偿。Aiming at ignoring the impact of the reclamation project and the lack of follow-up ecological tracking of the reclamation project in the evaluation of the ecosystem service value of the reclamation project nowadays,an ecological evaluation method for reclamation project based on the coordinated calculation of the marine and the terrestrial ecosystem service value was proposed.This method separated the calculation of the marine and aquaculture types,which improved the calculation accuracy of the marine ecosystem service value;according to the land use type change data after the reclamation,the marine ecosystem service value loss and the terrestrial ecosystem service value increase were calculated coordinately.Long-term ecological impact of the reclamation projects was ahalyzed.The results showed that:(1)the area of newly reclaimed was 213.38 km^2 in Qingdao from 1990 to 2020,and 84.36%of which had been converted to construction land;(2)the marine ecosystem service value of the study area decreased by RMB 721397800,and the terrestrial ecosystem service value increased by RMB 50010200,which was far less than the loss.Therefore,the reclamation project caused ecological destruction to most areas,and only few areas received ecological compensation.
