摘　　要：文章以当前档案行业普遍关心和面临的纸质档案数字化工作为研究对象,结合了国家有关标准和实际情况;探讨纸质档案数字化工作应遵循的原则,分析纸质档案数字化前应做的准备和档案处理工作,以及在纸质档案数字化服务外包和自行加工过程中应注意的事项和具体操作办法。总体描述了档案数字化的基本路径和方式选择。Taking the digitization of paper archives,which is widely concerned and faced by the current archives industry,as the research object,the paper considers the relevant national standards and actual situation,discusses the principles that should be followed in the digitization of paper archives and,analyzes the preparation and processing work of paper archives before digitization as well as the matters needing attention in the process of outsourcing and self-processing of paper archives digitization.It makes an overall description of the basic path and mode selection for archives digitization.
