摘  要:针对某350 MW超临界火电机组在参与深度调峰时出现的协调控制系统调节品质下降,机组调频、调峰能力减弱等问题,提出了一整套系统化解决方案。通过建立新的机组能量需求模型,在各主要控制回路引入合理的前馈控制,提升锅炉响应速度;通过智能化的过程选择系统,对一次调频功能实现策略优选,保证机组更好适应不同工况下的调频需求;引入燃煤热量修正功能,增强协调控制系统的煤种适应能力。新的控制方案实施后,机组在全负荷段具备快速调整能力,运行稳定,经济性提高,调峰、调频能力均达到相关标准的要求。Aiming at some 350 MW supercritical power unit participating in depth peak load regulation,the quality of coordinated control system is decreased.The capacity of primary frequency modulation and peak load regulation is weakened.A set of systematic solutions is put forward.Through the establishment of a new unit energy demand model,reasonable feed-forward control is introduced into each main control loop to improve the boiler response speed.Through the intelligent process selection system,the strategy optimization of primary frequency regulation function is realized to ensure that the unit can better adapt to the frequency regulation requirements under different working conditions.The coal heat correction function is introduced to enhance the coal adaptability of the coordinated control system.After the implementation of the new control scheme,the unit has the ability of rapid adjustment in the full load section,stable operation,improved economy,and the peak load regulation and frequency regulation capacity meet the requirements of relevant standards.
