摘  要:供热汽轮机在切缸状态下低压缸处于极低容积流量下运行,严重偏离原设计工况,将不可避免地给低压缸末级叶片带来叶片颤振、鼓风摩擦、水蚀加剧等问题,严重威胁机组安全。目前,切缸技术在国内应用不满5年,实践经验积累有限,因此给相关改造电厂的安全稳定运行带来一定挑战。通过理论与实践相结合的方法,分析切缸技术的风险点,从电厂运行角度提出切缸状态下汽轮机本体安全运行策略,即建立超低背压运行环境,按照实际切缸运行曲线操作,合理控制中压缸排汽参数等策略,为相关电厂安全生产提供参考。The LP cylinder of the heating steam turbine runs at a very low volume flow when the cylinder is cut,which seriously deviates from the original design conditions.It will inevitably cause blade flutter,blast friction,and will increase water erosion to the final stage blades of the low-pressure cylinder.At present,the cutting-cylinder technology has been applied in China for less than 5 years,and the accumulation of practical experience is limited.Therefore,it brings certain challenges to the safe and stable operation of related retrofit power plants.Through the method of combining theory and practice,the risk points of the cutting-cylinder technology are analyzed.The safe operation strategy of the steam turbine body under the cutting-cylinder state is proposed from the perspective of the operation in the power plant.That is establishing an ultra-low back pressure operating environment,and operating according to the actual cutting-cylinder operating curve.Strategies such as reasonable control of the middle row parameters will provide a certain reference for the subsequent safety production of related power plants.
