摘 要:X荧光元素录井仪是近几年发展起来的新型录井装备,可以定量分析岩屑元素的含量,识别地层岩性,有助于划分储层。运用新技术开发了一种新型X荧光元素录井仪(XRFE6140型),能分析原子序数从钠到铀之间的所有元素。该仪器应用核脉冲高速数字成形技术和多脉冲成谱分析方法,提高元素含量计算精度;应用高真空度样品腔和置于探测器下方的旋转样品托,改善轻元素测量效果和录井环境适应性。以柴达木盆地跃进地区某井为实例,通过对比XRFE6140型X荧光元素录井仪的数据和地层元素仪器测井曲线,分析X荧光元素录井数据在不同岩性层段的响应特征。X-ray fluorescence element logging instrument is a new logging equipment developed in recent years which can quantitatively analyze the content of cuttings elements,identify formation lithology and help to divide reservoir.A new type of X-ray fluorescence element logging instrument(XRFE6140)has been developed to analyze all elements with atomic number ranging from sodium to uranium.The high-speed digital separation technology of nuclear pulse and multi pulse spectrum analysis method are used to improve the accuracy of element content calculation;the high vacuum sample chamber and the rotating sample holder under the detector are used to improve the measurement effect of light elements and the adaptability of field logging environment.Taking a well in Yuejin area of Qaidam basin as an example,the response characteristics of X-ray fluorescence element logging data in different lithologic intervals are analyzed by comparing the data of XRFE6410 type X-ray fluorescence element logging instrument with the logging curve of formation element instrument.
