摘　　要：敏感性皮肤特指皮肤在生理或病理条件下发生的一种高反应状态,主要发生于面部,临床表现为受到物理、化学、精神等因素刺激时皮肤易出现灼热、刺痛、瘙痒及紧绷感等主观症状,伴或不伴红斑、鳞屑、毛细血管扩张等客观体征。光敏性皮肤病是以慢性光化性皮炎为主的与紫外线照射有关的病谱性疾病,两类疾病同时具有主要发生在面颈部、皮肤敏感的特点,又有不同的发病机制和临床特征。为此,本文就敏感性皮肤及光敏性皮肤病的定义、病因及发病机制、临床表现及治疗进行综述。Sensative skin is a highly reactive condition of the skin that occurs under physiological or pathological conditions,mainly occurring on the face.When the skin affected by physical,chemical,and spiritual tend to show burning,tingling,itching and tightness,with or without objective signs such as erythema,scaly,and telangiectasia.Photosensitive skin disease is a spectrum of diseases related to ultraviolet radiation,mainly chronic actinic dermatitis.Also have different pathogenesis and characteristics.Therefore,the review summarizes the definition,etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestation and treatment of sensitive skin as well as Photosensitive skin disease.
