摘　　要：敏感性皮肤是指皮肤在生理或病理条件下发生的一种高反应状态,临床上容易与激素依赖性皮炎、玫瑰痤疮及脂溢性皮炎等伴有皮肤敏感的炎症性皮肤病相混淆;为此,本文就敏感性皮肤及激素依赖性皮炎的定义、病因及发病机制、临床表现及分型、治疗进行综述。Sensitive skin is a highly reactive state of the skin under physiological or pathological conditions.Clinically,it is easy to be misdiagnosed with corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis,rosacea,seborrheic dermatitis and other inflammatory skin diseases with high sensitivity.Therefore,the review summarizes the definition,etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,classification and treatment of sensitive skin as well as corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis.
