敏感性皮肤的中医药辨证诊治述要

摘　　要：敏感性皮肤是皮肤在生理或病理条件下发生的一种高反应状态,主要为红斑(阵发性潮红)基础上的干燥、灼热等刺激性表现为主。病因复杂,与皮肤屏障、血管、神经、免疫紊乱等多种内外因素有关。根据中医临床证素分析及诊治经验,笔者认为多与风、热、毒邪及脏腑功能失调有关。本文通过复习相关文献,结合临床诊治经验对敏感性皮肤的这种高反应状态进行中医理论分析,探讨敏感性皮肤的中医辨证论治思路和行之有效的治疗方法,为敏感性皮肤的临床诊治提供参考。Sensitive skin is a kind of high reaction state of skin under physiological or pathological conditions,which is mainly characterized by irritation such as dryness and burning on the basis of erythema(paroxysmal flushing).The etiology is complicated,which is related to many internal and external factors,such as skin barrier,blood vessel,nerve,and immune disorder and so on.According to the analysis of TCM clinical syndrome factors and the experience of diagnosis and treatment,it is considered to be related to wind,heat,toxin and viscera dysfunction.By reviewing the relevant literature and combining with the experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment,this paper makes a TCM theoretical analysis on the high reaction state of sensitive skin,and discusses the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment ideas and effective treatment methods of sensitive skin.to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of sensitive skin.
