摘  要:试验研究了生物柴油BD100及其混合燃料BD70、BD30的喷油特性,考察了喷射压力和混合比例对喷油速率、循环喷油量及其循环变动的影响。结果表明,燃料BD100、BD70和BD30的喷油始点一致,随着燃料中生物柴油比例的减少,喷油持续期明显延长,喷油终点延后。喷射压力升高,喷油初期喷油速率上升和喷油末期喷油速率下降变陡,针阀完全开启阶段的喷油速率升高,循环喷油量增加。燃料BD100的最大喷油量循环与最小喷油量循环差别主要由针阀完全开启阶段的喷油速率波动所致。燃料BD70和BD30的最大喷油量循环与最小喷油量循环差别主要由各循环的喷油持续期不同以及喷油持续期内的喷油速率波动所致,燃料BD30尤为明显。随着燃料中生物柴油比例的减少,燃料BD100、BD70和BD30的循环喷油量的变动率逐渐增大。The injection characteristics of biodiesel BD100 and blended fuel BD70,BD30 were studied.The effects of injection pressure and blend ratio on injection rate,cycle injection quantity and cycle-by-cycle variation were investigated.The results show that the injections of BD100,BD70 and BD30 start at the same time.With the decrease of biodiesel percentage,the injection duration is prolonged significantly,and the injection ends later.With the increase of injection pressure,the injection rate rises sharply at the initial injection stage and the injection rate drops sharply at the end stage,both the peak injection rate during the stable injection stage and cycle injection quantity increase.The difference between the maximum injection quantity and the minimum injection quantity of BD100 is mainly caused by the injection rate fluctuation during the stable injection stage.And that for fuel BD70 and BD30,it is mainly caused by the different injection duration of each cycle and the injection rate fluctuation during the stable injection stage,especially for BD30.With the decrease of biodiesel percentage,the cycle-by-cycle variation of BD100,BD70 and BD30 increase gradually.
