摘　　要：佛山市文化产业经过多年的培育改革,已成为城市经济发展的新支柱,但佛山文化产业仍存在发展不均衡、传统文化产业化滞后、跨界融合不全、创意人才短缺、骨干龙头企业欠缺等问题。为促进佛山文化产业的可持续繁荣发展,进一步夯实生态理念,创新健全文化产业发展机制,通过行政综合决策、文化产业链运行、文化产权保护、环境污染防治投入、人才保障、产业联动、技术平台管理与运行等制度管理,建立生态保护新秩序,是确保佛山实现文化产业经济效益和社会效益双贏的重要保障,是助推佛山城市转型升级,最终实现城市的美丽共荣以及人与自然和谐共存的根本。After years of cultivation and reform,Foshan s cultural industry has become a new pillar of urban economic development.However,there are still some problems in Foshan s cultural industry,such as unbalanced development,lagging in the industrialization of traditional culture,incomplete cross-border integration,shortage of creative talents and lack of leading enterprises.In order to promote the sustainable prosperity and development of cultural industry of foshan city,further strengthen the ecological corcept,innovate and improve the mechanism of cultural industry development,through the comprehensive administrative decision-making,cultural industry chain operation,cultural property protection,the environmental pollution prevention and control of investment,talent guarantee,industrial linkage,management and operation system,such as management technology platform,and the establishment of a new ecological protection order are important guarantees to ensure the Foshan achieves both economic and social benefits of the cultural industry.It is to promote the transformation and upgrading of Foshan city,and ultimately realize the beautiful and co-prosperity of the city and the harmonious coexistence of man and culture.
