摘 要:CeO2稳定的ZrO2(Ce-TZP)以其高相变增韧特性、优秀的低温老化抗性以及良好的稳定性(高韦伯模数)受到了广泛的关注。然而,较低的强度和硬度限制了其应用。大量科研工作从粉体的制备、烧结技术的优化以及Ce-TZP的力学性能规律和相变增韧特性入手,以期综合改善其力学性能。本文对Ce-TZP陶瓷在粉体制备、烧结技术、力学性能、相变增韧特性、形状记忆效应、低温老化抗性等领域的研究现状和进展进行了综述。Ceria-stabilized zirconia has attracted wide attentions due to its decent properties,such as high fracture toughness,excellent resistance against low temperature degradation(LTD)and outstanding stability(high Weber Modulus).However,its application has been limited by its relatively low flexural strength and hardness.In order to comprehensively improve its mechanical properties,efforts have been made to optimize powder preparation process and sintering technology,explore mechanical behavior laws and identify the transformation zone features.In this paper,progress in the study of ceria-stabilized zirconia ceramics,in terms of powder preparation,sintering technology,mechanical properties,features of phase transformation toughening,shape memory effect and low temperature degradation resistance,will be reviewed.
