摘　　要：目的筛选泽兰中抗幽门螺杆菌的有效成分。方法用水提法粗提泽兰,粗提物有效后在商品库购买泽兰单体成分,用琼脂稀释法和微量稀释法检测泽兰水提物和泽兰有效成分最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果泽兰水提物MIC为1 mg/ml,筛选出的泽兰主要有效成分为异泽兰黄素和泽兰黄酮,对敏感和耐药幽门螺杆菌MIC均为16~64μg/ml。结论泽兰对幽门螺杆菌具有很好的抑制作用,主要抗菌成分为异泽兰黄素和泽兰黄酮。Objective To screen the effective components against Helicobacter pylori(Hp)from eupatorium japonicum.Methods Eupatorium japonicum was crudely extracted by water extracting method,and the monomer components of eupatorium japonicum were purchased from the commercial warehouse after the crude extract was effective.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of water extract of eupatorium japonicum and the effective ingredients of eupatorium japonicum were detected by agar dilution method and micro-dilution method.Results The MIC of the water extract of eupatorium japonicum was 1 mg/ml.The main effective components screened out from eupatorium japonicum were eupatilin and nepetin,the MIC of which for being sensitive and resistant to Hp was 16~64μg/ml.Conclusion Eupatorium japonicum has a good inhibitory effect on Hp,and the main anti-Hp components are eupatilin and nepetin.
