摘  要:光伏逆变器的剩余容量利用在解决分布式光伏发电系统并网点电压越限问题时取得了较好的效果,但目前为了提升逆变器的无功容量,相关研究主要集中在限制逆变器有功输出,未考虑对分布式光伏发电系统渗透率的影响。阐明分布式光伏发电系统并网点电压越限机理,提出一种计及本地负荷的分布式光伏并网点电压协同控制策略。通过背靠背变流器控制光伏发电本地负荷无功,通过控制并网逆变器工作状态改变光伏发电输出功率。设置制动控制环节,出现越限现象时优先采取本地负荷无功控制调节并网点电压,避免对配电网消纳光伏发电能力的影响。最后基于Matlab/Simulink仿真平台进行试验验证了所提控制策略的可行性与有效性。The utilization of the remaining capacity of the photovoltaic inverter has achieved good results in solving the problem of voltage over-limit of the grid-connected point of the distributed photovoltaic power generation system. However,to increase the reactive power capacity of the inverter,the relevant research mainly focuses on limiting the active output of the inverter,without considering the impact on the penetration rate of the system.This paper expounds the mechanism of the voltage over-limit violation of the grid-connected point of the distributed photovoltaic power generation system and proposes a distributed photovoltaic grid-connected point voltage coordination control strategy considering the local load. Back-to-back converters are used to control the reactive power of the local load of photovoltaic power generation. The output power of photovoltaic power generation is controlled by changing the working status of the grid-connected inverter. The brake control link is set. When the voltage over-limit occurs,the local load reactive power control is preferentially adopted to adjust the voltage of the grid connection point to avoid the impact on the distribution network’s ability to absorb photovoltaic power generation. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the control strategy proposed in this paper are verified by experiments based on the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform.
