摘  要:改进了轴承教学实验设备,制作了一批含有不同位置和大小缺陷的故障轴承,开展含轴承故障的转子系统振动响应教学实验,获取不同工作条件下含轴承故障的转子系统振动信号数据。分析不同位置、不同大小的轴承故障对转子系统振动的影响,找出其影响规律,为研究生前期的理论仿真提供实验验证,也为下一步模型仿真提供思路和参照。实验结果表明:该设备能较好地验证轴承故障特征,完成各种模拟故障,也验证了设备的可靠性。Anexperimental devicefor bearing teaching is designed and improved,and a number of fault bearings with defects of different positions and sizes are produced and processed.Furthermore,the vibration response of the rotor system with bearing faults is carried out,and the vibration signal data of the rotor system with bearing faults under different working conditions are obtained.The influence of bearing faults with different positions and different sizes on the vibration of the rotor system is also analyzed,and the influence law is found.It can provide experimental verification for the theoretical simulation of pre-graduate students,and also provide ideas and references for the next model simulation work.Through the analysis and comparison of various fault signals,the experimental results show that the device can verify the bearing fault characteristics well,can complete various simulation faults,and verify the reliability of the equipment.
