摘 要:为提升本科实验课程中仪器教学的教学质量,根据"重视基础、趋向前沿、反映现代、综合交叉"的现代课程建设理念,以氢化物发生原子荧光法测量发汞的实验项目为例,探讨了研究型仪器教学的方法。从好奇心激发、仪器原理和方法选择、仪器条件设置和实验数据分析4个方面介绍了研究型仪器教学的做法。结果表明,研究型仪器教学不仅丰富了教学内容,而且促进了学生和教师创新能力的双向发展。通过研究型仪器教学开发的检测方法显著提高了氢化物发生原子荧光光度计的检测性能,并可快速消除系统误差;该方法可为我国18~20岁健康青年的发汞水平测量提供参考。In order to improve the teaching quality of the instrument teaching in the undergraduate experimental course,according to the modern curriculum construction idea that pays attention to foundation,inclines to frontier,reflects modern trend and comprehensive crossover,a method of teaching was explored by experimental project of determination of mercury in hair hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The practice was introduced in four aspects from curiosity stimulating,the instrument principle and method selection,the instrument conditions setting to experimental data analysis.The results showed that instrument teaching for study could not only enrich teaching contents,but also promote the innovative ability for students and teachers.The developed testing methods by instrument teaching for study could improve significantly the efficiency of the hydride generation atomic fluorescence photometer,and the system error can be eliminated quickly.Meanwhile the data tested could provide a reference for mercury levels in hair of our healthy young.
