摘　　要：人类辅助生殖实验室是一类高标准的洁净实验室,实验室质量控制与质量保障体系建设是长期的过程,通过复杂的信息化管理,有助于快速缩短实验室升级到精细管理的年限。定制的人工智能平台可为辅助生殖实验室提供泛在互联、实时监测、智能控制、动态展示、灵活交互的全局质量管理。从建设期的设计及施工、实验室运转中对环境、电力系统、新风系统、安防等的实时监控方面探究基于物联网的智慧医疗在辅助生殖实验室中的信息管理模式以及所涉及的信息管理逻辑规则进行探讨,旨在帮助建立一个高标准的精细化的全局质量管理、各类要素全面联动整合的智慧辅助生殖实验室。Human assisted reproduction laboratory is a special clean laboratory with high standard.The construction of quality control(QC)system of the laboratory is a long-term process.Through delicate information management,it is helpful to shorten the period of laboratory upgrading to lean management quickly.The customized Internet of Things(IOT)platform can provide universal interconnection,real-time monitoring,intelligent control,dynamic demonstration and flexible interaction of global quality management for the assisted reproduction laboratory.This paper discusses the mode and the logic rules of information management of intelligent medical based on IOT in the assisted reproduction laboratory,including lab design and construction,real-time monitoring of environment,power system,fresh-air system,security,etc.The purpose is to guide to establish an intelligent assisted reproduction laboratory with high standard and delicate QC covering all elements.
