摘　　要：专升本是学前教师教育质量提升的有效途径。本文从生源局限、保障限制等方面深入分析学前专业专升本人才培养的限制性因素,提出学前教育专升本人才培养框架,即:严把人才入口,提升生源质量;聚焦教育情境,提升教学质量;强化师资供给,提升保障质量等。Upgrading from junior college to undergraduate is an effective way to improve the quality of pre-school teachers.This paper analyzes the restrictive factors from the aspects of students source restriction and guarantee restriction,and then puts forward the educational framework on the source of students should be strictly controlled to improve the quality of the graduates,the education scene should be focused to improve the quality of the graduates,and the supply of teachers should be strengthened to improve the quality of guarantee.
