摘  要:选取体重、胎次和产奶量一致的泌乳前中期奶牛30头,分为A、B、C3组,每组10头,分别饲喂3种磷水平日粮(0.38%、0.50%和0.70%),预试期15d,正试期90d。结果显示,日粮中不同磷水平对奶牛采食量、产奶量及乳成分无显著影响(P>0.05);从排放量结果看,奶磷和血磷组间都无显著性差异(P>0.05),粪磷试验C组与试验A组差异显著(P<0.05)。试验B、C组日粮磷水平均高于NRC标准推荐量,但对奶牛生产性能、健康状况无明显影响(P>0.05),将日粮中磷含量从0.70%降至0.38%标准推荐量,对奶牛产奶量、乳成分、采食量无明显影响,但可大大降低粪磷排放对环境造成的不利影响。The aims of the present study were to investigate the effect of dietary phosphorus level on the performance and phosphorus excretion to environment in lactating cows.Thirty lactating Chinese Holstein cows were randomly allocated respectively into 3 treatments with10 duplicates each. The phosphorus contents in the dietary of each treatment were 0.38%, 0.50% or 0.70%(dry matter basis), respectively. The trial lasted 90 days. Dietary phosphorus level of dairy cows showed no effects on the dry matter intake, milk yield and milk composition(P>0.05). From the results excretion, the contents of phosphorus in the serum and the milk phosphorus content showed no effects on comparison among groups. Faecal phosphorus content in 0.7% group was significantly different from 0.38 group(P<0.05).The phosphorus contents in the dietary of each treatment were 0.50% or 0.70%,were higher than the NRC standard is recommended,but no obvious effect on dairy production performance, on health. Fecal index of lactating cows showed no effects(P>0.05),reducing of practical amount of phosphorus is feasible,and will reduce phosphorus excretion to the environment.
