摘 要:分别用4种乙烯基单体替代丙烯腈,并与苯乙烯一起合成聚合物多元醇(POP),发现用乙酸乙烯酯(VA)替代丙烯腈制备的另一种聚合物多元醇(POPG)与原有的普通POP各项物理指标相当。考察了VA用量、不同大分子单体分散剂、进料速度、搅拌速度等因素对合成聚合物多元醇物化性能的影响,将VA制备的POPG与普通POP分别制备聚氨酯泡沫并比较两者性能。结果表明,POPG制备的聚氨酯泡沫各项物理性能与普通POP制备的泡沫相当,但成本更低。Four types of vinyl monomers were used to replace acrylonitrile and the polymer polyol(POP)was synthesized with styrene.It was found that one type polymer polyol(POPG)synthesized by using vinyl acetate(VA)instead of acrylonitrile was equivalent to the original POP on physical properties.The effects of the amount of VA,different macromonomer dispersants,feeding speed,stirring speed and other factors on the physical and chem⁃ical properties of the synthesized POP were investigated.The properties of foam prepared by POPG and POP respectively were compared.The results showed that the physical properties of the polyurethane foam prepared by POPG were equivalent to POP,but had the lower cost.
