摘  要:采用有机硅匀泡剂Menhover S⁃70制备了连续板材用戊烷发泡的聚异氰脲酸酯(PIR)泡沫,研究了S⁃70对正戊烷(NP)在组合聚醚中的溶解性及泡沫的抗压强度、粘接强度、表面缺陷和导热系数等性能的影响,并与市售的3款同类有机硅匀泡剂进行了比较;同时比较了NP发泡体系和HCFC⁃141b发泡体系制备的PIR泡沫的各项性能。结果表明,S⁃70的使用改善了NP在PIR连续板材用组合聚醚体系中的溶解性,同时改善了泡沫体与面材的粘接性并降低了泡沫表面缺陷。Continuous panel of polyisocyanurate(PIR)foam blowing with pentane was produced using the new silicone foam stabilizer Menhover S⁃70.The effects of S⁃70 on solubility of n⁃pentane(NP)in system polyols,compressive strength,bonding strength,surface defects and thermal conductivity of foam were discussed,and was compared with other three similar silicone foam stabilizers in the market.Meanwhile,the properties of PIR foam prepared by NP blowing system and HCFC⁃141b blowing system were compared.The results showed that the appli⁃cation of S⁃70 improved the solubility of NP in the system polyols for PIR continuous panels and the adhesion of the foam to the face material,meanwhile reduced the surface defects of the foam.
