摘　　要：以低挥发性有机物(VOC)聚醚多元醇DEP⁃330G、低VOC聚合物多元醇POP⁃H30和改性MDI为主要原料,以乙二醇为扩链剂,采用反应型催化剂DPA,用水代替物理发泡剂的方法制备方向盘用半硬质聚氨酯自结皮泡沫。讨论了POP和乙二醇的用量对产品力学性能的影响,以及低VOC聚醚对产品气味的影响。采用该组合料生产的聚氨酯方向盘的性能可以满足人们对汽车安全、环保和舒适的要求。A semi⁃rigid integral skin polyurethane foam for steering wheel was prepared using low volatile organic compounds(VOC)polyether polyol DEP⁃330G,low VOC polymer polyol POP⁃H30 and modified MDI as raw materials,ethylene glycol(EG)as extender,reactive catalyst DPA and water as foaming agent.The influences of the dosage of POP and chain extender EG on the mechanical properties of PU foam,and the low VOC polyether on the odor of the product were studied.The results showed that performances of the polyurethane steering wheel with the low VOC polyurethane compound could meet the needs of safety,environmental and comfortable.
