摘  要:以聚四亚甲基醚二醇(PTMG)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)和甲苯⁃2,4⁃二异氰酸酯(TDI)反应制备聚氨酯预聚体,再分别采用二氨基对氯苯甲酸异丁酯(CDABE)、二甲硫基甲苯二胺(DMTDA)和二乙基甲苯二胺(DETDA)与PPG的混合物作为固化剂,制备了3种聚氨酯弹性体。讨论了不同芳香二胺扩链剂对聚氨酯弹性体工艺和性能的影响。结果表明:扩链系数为0.95时,CDABE扩链的聚氨酯力学性能最好,且耐高温、耐摩擦和耐溶剂效果优越;采用DETDA作为扩链剂合成聚氨酯弹性体时凝胶时间最短,DETDA⁃PU耐酸碱溶液效果最好,DMTDA⁃PU和DETDA⁃PU性能接近。Polyurethane(PU)prepolymer was synthesized with polytetramethylene ether glycol(PTMG),polyoxypropylene glycol(PPG)and TDI at first,then three types of PU elastomers were prepared using above pre⁃polymer and the curing agents which mixed aromatic chain extender isobutyl 4⁃chloro⁃3,5⁃diaminobenzoate(CD⁃ABE),dimethylthiotoluene diamine(DMTDA)and diethyltoluene diamine(DETDA)with PPG respectively.Effects of different aromatic diamine chain extenders on processes and properties of polyurethane elastomers were discussed.The results showed that,when the chain extension coefficient was 0􀆰95,CDABE⁃based PU elastomer had the best mechanical properties,high temperature resistance,excellent friction resistance and solvent resistance,DETDA⁃based PU elastomer had the shortest gel time,the best acid and alkali resistance.DETDA⁃PU and DMT⁃DA⁃PU had similar performances.
