摘  要:文章以山东省某企业的煤气发生炉废水为例,先用单因素分析实验法从四个方面对蒸氨塔的操作工艺数据进行研究,考虑的因素包括:塔底温度、废水进塔温度、塔底压力和进水pH值,再用正交实验分析法考察四个因素的影响顺序,最终确定一个最佳控制参数。This paper took the wastewater from an enterprise's gas generator in Shandong Province as an example.First,with the experimental method of single factor analysis,the data on operation process of ammonia distillation tower were researched on four aspects,and the factor taken into account included tower bottom temperature,inflowing wastewater temperature,tower bottom pressure,pH value of inflow.Then,with the analytical method of orthogonal experiment,the influence order of four factors was investigated,and an optimal control parameter was eventually determined.
