含钡废渣固化稳定化技术应用研究

摘　　要：本研究对某钡盐厂历史遗留含钡废渣进行鉴定,对属于危险废物的废渣委托有资质的单位进行处理处置,对属于一般工业固废的废渣进行固化稳定化处理后填埋,并用试验确定固化稳定化处理的药剂配比、养护时间等技术参数。结果表明经固化稳定化处理后的含钡废渣可以达到生活垃圾填埋场的入场要求。In this paper,the historical barium-containing waste residues of a barium salt plant were identified.The waste residues,which belong to hazardous waste,was entrusted to a qualified institution for treatment and disposal;and the waste residues,which belong to the general industrial solid waste,was solidified and stabilized for land filling.The technical parameters such as reagent ratio and curing time for solidification and stabilization were determined through experiments.The results showed that the barium-containing waste residues met the admission requirements of municipal solid waste landfill after solidification and stabilization.
