摘  要:在纸管原纸生产纸机上,通过加入洁净酶和化学试剂来解决废旧箱纸板回用造纸过程中产生的胶黏物沉积问题,并对两种方法的处理效果进行了比较。结果表明:与化学试剂处理效果相比,洁净酶的使用可大大降低胶黏物的黏性,改善纸管原纸抄造纸机的综合运行情况和成纸质量,洁净酶对胶黏物的控制效果优于化学试剂,而且加入洁净酶后每吨纸可降低生产成本4.8元以上。In order to effectively control stickies deposition in waste cardboard recycling process,the chemical treatment and clean biological enzyme treatment were separately used on the line of producing core-board paper.Then the control effects were assessed and compared.The results showed that the clean enzyme can significantly reduce the viscosity of the stickies,and improve the paper machine operation and the paper quality.A better control effect of stickies deposition on the line of producing core-board paper was obtained by using clean enzyme than by the other chemical reagent.Moreover,the production cost can also be reduced by over 4.8 yuan per ton paper after using clean enzyme.
