摘 要:建立了基于离子色谱法对纸、纸板和纸浆三种不同类型样品中水溶性氯化物和硫酸盐含量的测定方法;对制样、样品的前处理条件及离子色谱仪的上机条件分别进行选择优化,通过标准品保留时间定性、外标法定量,氯化物和硫酸盐能够完全分离,峰形好、峰面积定量准确。在三种加标水平下,样品的加标回收率均为95%以上。在0.1~10mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数为99.99%。该方法操作简便、结果准确、灵敏度高、稳定性好、优化条件,实现了纸、纸板和纸浆中的水溶性氯化物和硫酸盐的同时测定。A method was proposed in this paper for the determination of water-soluble chloride and sulfate content in paper,paperboard and pulp based on ion chromatography.Sample preparation,sample pretreatment conditions and ion chromatography on-machine conditions were optimized respectively.After qualitative retention time of standard products and being quantified by external standard method,chloride and sulfate can be completely separated with good peak shape and accurate peak area quantification.Under the three levels of standard sample addition,the recovery rate of the standard addition of samples could reach to 95%.The linearity is good in the range of 0.1~10 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient is 99.99%.This method is simple in operation,accurate in result,high in sensitivity,good in stability,and optimized in conditions,which helped to realize the simultaneous determination of water-soluble chloride and sulfate in paper,cardboard and pulp.
