摘 要:在同时按GJB 9001C—2017《质量管理体系要求》和GJB 5000A—2008《军用软件研制能力成熟度模型》要求建设和实施体系的装备承研单位,经常出现将2套体系完全孤立的做法,2套体系各自为政,容易引发多样化的问题。基于对2个标准的理解和多年实践经验,通过对2个标准进行分析并挖掘融合点,将融合点作为切入点对2个体系的融合方法进行研究,并以本单位软硬件项目的运行情况为实例阐述了融合后的质量管理体系如何发挥指导作用。When an equipment development unit creates and implements GJB 9001C and GJB 5000A quality management system,it often appears two systems completely isolated,the two sets of independent quality management systems often causes diverse problems.Based on the understanding of both standard and practical experience for many years,through the analysis of the differences and similarities,it selects GJB 9001C and GJB 5000A quality management system fusion point to integrate.Taking the operating condition of hardware and software project as an example,the paper illustrates how to play a guiding role in the quality management system after fusion.
