新疆汉族人群MIF共受体CD44基因rs13347多态性与急性冠脉综合征的相关性探讨

摘  要:目的:探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)共受体CD44基因rs13347多态性与新疆地区汉族人群急性冠脉综合征(ACS)发病风险的相关性。方法:选取2016年1月-2019年12月在我院住院行冠状动脉造影的患者,根据纳入及排除标准,最终入选ACS患者580例(病例组)和非ACS患者508例(对照组),采用上海天昊生物科技有限公司的SNPscanTM多重单核苷酸多态性(SNP)分型试剂盒进行基因分型。结果:rs13347三种基因型在病例组人群中的分布频率分别为:CC型41.03%,CT型48.10%,TT型10.86%;在对照组人群中的分布频率分别为:CC型48.23%,CT型44.09%,TT型7.68%,TT基因型及T等位基因在病例组中的分布频率显著高于对照组,两组基因型分布差异具有统计学意义(P=0.030;P=0.010)。Logistic回归分析结果表明,rs13347基因多态性仍和ACS的发病风险相关,携带TT基因型vsCT基因型vsCC基因型患ACS风险高1.384倍,(OR=1.384,95%CI=1.126-1.702,P=0.002)。结论:MIF共受体CD44基因rs13347位点TT基因型及T等位基因可能增加新疆汉族人群ACS发生的风险。Objective To investigate the correlation between the macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)co-receptor CD44 gene rs13347 polymorphism and the risk of acute coronary syndrome(ACS)in the Han population in Xinjiang.Methods In this study,a case-control study was used to select patients who were hospitalized for coronary angiography in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2016 to December 2019.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,580 patients with ACS were selected(case group)And 508 non-ACS patients(control group)were genotyped using the SNPscanTM multiple single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)typing kit from Shanghai Tianhao Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.Results The distribution frequencies of the three rs13347 genotypes in the case group were:CC type 41.03%,CT type 48.10%,and TT type 10.86%;the distribution frequency in the control group were:CC type 48.23%,CT type 44.09%,TT type 7.68%,the distribution frequency of TT genotype and T allele in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference in genotype distribution between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.030;P=0.010).Logistic regression analysis Results show that the rs13347 gene polymorphism is still related to the risk of ACS.Carrying TT genotype vs CT genotype vs CC genotype is 1.384 times higher than the risk of ACS,(OR=1.384,95%CI=1.126-1.702,P=0.002).Conclusion The TT genotype and T allele of rs13347 of M44 CD44 gene may increase the risk of ACS in Xinjiang Han population.
