摘  要:目的了解某心血管专科医院围术期抗菌药物预防使用的合理性,促进临床合理用药。方法采用回顾性分析方法,从某心血管专科医院2019年4-6月手术的病历中按照科室排序,利用Execl等距抽取数据方法提取110份病历进行点评。结果医院抽取的110份病历用药合理率为83.6%;围术期预防用抗菌药物的使用率为34.5%,手术时间≤2 h手术预防性抗菌药使用率21.8%;100%有用药适应证。存在不合理用药病例共18例,其中药物选择不合理14例(12.7%),给药时机不合理12例(10.9%)。结论医院围术期抗菌药物应用主要存在药物选择不合理、术前提前用药及术后用药问题,科室特色明显,应加强对个别科室抗菌药物应用的管理和培训。Objective To understand the rationality of perioperative use of antibiotics in the cardiovascular hospital,and promote rational clinical use of antibiotics.Methods Retrospective analysis method was used to extract 110 medical records from the surgical records of the cardiovascular hospital from April to June 2019 according to department order,and the data extraction method with Execl isometric was used to extract 110 medical records for evaluation.Results The rational rate of 110 medical records sampled by the hospital was 83.6%.The utilization rate of prophylactic antibiotics in perioperative period was 34.5%,and the operation time≤2 h was 21.8%.100%indications for medication.There were a total of 18 cases of unreasonable drug use,including 14 cases(12.7%)of unreasonable drug selection and 12 cases(10.9%)of unreasonable timing of administration.Conclusion The application of antibiotics in perioperative period of the hospital mainly has the problems of unreasonable drug selection,pre-operation drug use and post-operation drug use,and the department features are obvious,so the management and training on the application of antibiotics in some departments should be strengthened.
