摘 要:在满足安全要求的前提下,若能优化靠泊控制措施,将有助于提高大潮差型港口急涨潮期间的港口服务时间窗口。利用乍浦港区2019年逐月的潮汐和潮流特征值数据,通过对潮汐与潮流的关联关系和规律进行分析,运用潮流流速与时间计算模型,结合国内外船舶靠离泊位流速限定的要求和标准,推算出限流值对应的靠泊时间窗口,根据行业规范和港口靠泊作业实践,提出乍浦港区在附加约束条件下,管控流速不应超过3.8 kn的建议和分类分级管控措施。研究结果有助于乍浦港区在潮水急涨时段实施船舶靠泊作业的分类分级管控,促进港区服务效能的提升。Zhapu Port,as a port with large tidal range,requires the exact knowledge about the time window for the optimization of berthing to ensure the efficiency and safety especially in sudden high tide.The model of rate of tidal stream against time is built based on the tide data of Zhapu Port area in 2019.According to the calculation results,referring to the requirements and standards concerning ship's berthing velocity in China and other countries,the time window for berthing is determined correspondingly.It is suggested that for Zhapu Port,3.8 kn should be its highest flow velocity when berthing is allowed.Rating of the berthing operation for different level of flow velocity and the corresponding operation rules are proposed according to the industry specification and port berthing practice.The study should be helpful for Zhapu Port with its berthing operation management in sudden high tide.
