摘  要:为研究生物炭进入土壤环境后表面性质的变化及其对土壤吸附Cu(Ⅱ)的影响,在土壤环境中对两种不同温度制备稻壳生物炭模拟老化培养,运用元素分析、扫描电镜、漫反射红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱等手段比较老化前后生物炭表面性质的变化,并将生物炭以3%、5%的比例添加到土壤中老化,通过等温吸附试验研究老化生物炭对土壤吸附重金属铜离子的影响。结果表明:在土壤中经过240 d老化后,两种不同温度制备稻壳生物炭所含C元素含量减少,O元素增加,羧基、羰基、脂肪族羟基等含氧官能团增多,生物炭极性增强。老化后的稻壳生物炭对铜离子的最大吸附量增加,生物炭的添加及其老化作用促进土壤对Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附固定作用,并且具有一定的长期稳定性。In order to investigate effect of aging on surface properties of biochar and soil adsorption behavior of Cu(Ⅱ)with biochar,simulating aging of rice hull biochar prepared under two different temperatures was conducted in soil environment.Surface properties of rice husk biochars before and after aging were detected by elemental analyzer,diffuse reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(DRIFTS),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Meanwhile,another fresh biochar was added into soil at 3%and 5%by weight and incubation for 240 days,then the batch sorption experiment were carried out to determine Cu(Ⅱ)adsorption ability on biochars after aging and soil with aged biochars.The results show that oxygen contents rise while carbon contents drop in two kinds of biochars after 240 days aging,oxygen-containing functional groups,such as carboxyl,carbonyl,aliphatic hydroxyl,rise in two kinds of aged biochars and induce increasing of polarity of biochar.The maximum adsorption capacity of Cu(Ⅱ)on aged biochar is improved.Aging effect influences surface properties of biochar and facilitates soil adsorption on Cu(Ⅱ).Cu(Ⅱ)immobilization by soil with biochar has long-term stability.
