基于弓状下缘的腹腔镜内环网塞修补术治疗成人腹股沟斜疝的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨基于弓状下缘的腹腔镜内环网塞修补术治疗成人腹股沟斜疝的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析36例成人腹股沟斜疝行基于弓状下缘的腹腔镜内环网塞修补术患者的临床资料。结果36例均成功完成手术,平均手术时间为(26.2±5.6)min,平均住院时间为(5.1±1.3)d。无术中出血及邻近器官损伤,无术后血肿、切口感染。随访6~24个月,无疝复发。结论基于弓状下缘的腹腔镜内环网塞修补术是治疗成人腹股沟斜疝一种安全有效手术方法。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of lower arcuate margin-based laparoscopic mesh plug herniorrhaphy via internal inguinal ring for adults with indirect inguinal hernia(IIH).Methods Clinical data of 36 adult IIH cases underwent lower arcuate margin-based laparoscopic mesh plug herniorrhaphy via internal inguinal ring were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients were successfully performed.The average operation and hospitalization time was(26.2±5.6)min,and(5.1±1.3)days,respectively.There were no intraoperative hemorrhage and adjacent organ injury,as well as postoperative hematoma and incision infection.No recurrent hernia was observed at follow-up of 6-24 months.Conclusion This surgical method is safe and effective for adults with IIH.
