摘 要:针对攀钢高钛型钒钛烧结矿强度低、低温还原粉化率高的问题,开展添加硼酸对钒钛磁铁精矿烧结性能的影响研究及工业试验验证。结果表明:配加硼酸能有效降低混合料的熔化温度,使烧结矿转鼓强度和成品率逐渐改善,低温还原粉化率出现较大降低,还原度略有上升,铁酸钙质量分数增加,钛赤铁矿、钙钛矿、硅酸二钙质量分数减少,同时钛磁铁矿质量分数变化不大;用B2O3替代CaCl2溶液进行等量烧结矿表面喷洒的实验室及工业试验表明,硼酸完全能够起到替代CaCl2溶液的效果,其对烧结矿的低温还原粉化性有明显的改善作用。Aiming at such problems as low strength of Panzhihua high-titanium vanadium-titanium sinter and high RDI,the effect of adding boric acid to the sintering character of vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate is studied and the industrial test verification is carried out.The results show that:Adding boric acid can effectively reduce the melting temperature of the mixture,gradually raise the drum strength and the yield of sinter,greatly reduce the RDI,slightly improve the degree of reduction,and increase the mass fraction of calcium ferrite,decrease the mass fraction of ilmenite,perovskite and dicalcium silicate,while not change the mass fraction of titanomagnetite much;Laboratory and industrial tests for spraying equal amounts of sinter surface with B2O3 instead of CaCl2 solution show that boric acid can completely replace the effect of CaCl2 solution,which can significantly improve the reduction disintegration property of sinter.
