摘  要:以马铃薯淀粉废液为主要原料,以食用菌凤尾菇菌种为发酵菌种进行液体培养,培养基质配方为:马铃薯淀粉废液、KH2PO4(0.25g/100mL)、MgSO4·7H2O(0.5g/100mL)、VB1(150μg/L),25℃,摇床培养130 r/min,通过生物量指标测定分析,筛选培养基质中马铃薯淀粉废液添加量,结果表明:马铃薯淀粉废液体积比为55%、65%的培养基所培养的凤尾菇菌丝干重高(12.8 g/L、12.9 g/L),生长周期短。In order to prepare mycelia of Pleurotus pulmonarius,potato starch waste liquid and Pleurotus pulmonarius strains were used as the main raw material and fermentation medium,respectively.The compositions of culture matrix are potato starch waste liquid,KH 2PO 4(0.25g/100mL),MgSO 4·7H 2O(0.5g/100mL)and VB1(μg/L).With shake cultivation of 130 r/min,the amount of potato starch waste liquid in the culture matrix was optimized by analyzing the biomass index.The results showed that mycelia dry weights arehigh,i.e.,12.8 g/L and 12.9 g/L,when amounts of potato starch waste liquid(in volume percentage)in the culture matrix are 55%and 65%,respectively.In addition,the growth period is short.
