电动自行车乘员头盔质量安全风险研究

摘　　要：为了更好地评价目前在售电动自行车乘员头盔的安全防护性能,此项研究在《摩托车乘员头盔》(GB 811-2010)B类盔要求、相关电动自行车乘员头盔团体标准基础上,对监测参数和项目做了适当的调整,并对市面上价格区间为20元~230元的电动自行车乘员头盔进行了质量安全风险研究.结果表明,所有头盔均存在不满足本次检验质量安全要求的项目.其中,腾空圈结构头盔具有更大的安全风险隐患.To better evaluate the safety protection performance of electric bicycle occupant helmet currently for sale,this article makes appropriate adjustments to the monitoring parameters and items based on the requirements of B kinds of helmets classified in GB 811—2010"Helmets for motorcyclists",and studies the quality and safety of electric bicycle helmets with price range from 20 yuan to 230 yuan on the market.The result shows that all helmets have items that do not meet the quality and safety requirements of this inspection.Among them,the helmet with the buffer structure of suspended ring shows greater safety risks.
