摘 要:二次衬砌是隧道结构的重要构造.受工程施工中各种因素的影响,隧道中经常存在二次衬砌局部欠厚现象,这必然影响隧道结构的安全性及使用寿命.对于此类问题,采用粘贴钢板和浇筑混凝土两种加固技术加固隧道衬砌,并基于岩土数值分析软件MIDAS GTS,仿真分析了不同位置、不同方法加固后隧道结构的安全性,讨论了二次衬砌局部厚度不足对隧道结构安全的影响.结果表明:浇筑混凝土加固效果略优于粘贴钢板加固,且加固后衬砌各部位安全性提升从大到小依次为:拱脚、拱腰、拱肩和拱顶.The secondary lining is an important structure of the tunnels.Affected by various factors in the construction of the project,the tunnel has partial under-thickness of the secondary lining,which affects the safety and service life of the tunnels.To solve such problems,two reinforcement techniques of bonding steel plate and pouring concrete were adopted to strengthen the tunnel lining.Based on the geotechnical numerical analysis software MIDAS GTS,the safety of the tunnel structure after reinforcement in different locations and with different methods was simulated and analyzed,and the influence of insufficient local thickness of the secondary lining on the safety of tunnel structure is discussed.The results showed that the reinforcement effect of pouring concrete is slightly better than that of bonding steel plate,and the safety of each part of the lining after reinforcement is increased from large to small in order:arch foot,arch waist,arch shoulder and the dome.
