摘 要:基于Gamma随机过程建立弹簧材料强度退化模型,根据应力-强度干涉理论建立弹簧随服役里程的动态可靠性模型,采用随机摄动理论和四阶矩法分析弹簧动态可靠度,并通过随机变量均值和方差灵敏度分析各参数对弹簧服役可靠性的影响.以目前我国货车主型转向架K6摇枕承载外簧为例的分析结果表明:在第二个厂修期内承载外簧可靠度下降明显,应及时检查更换;簧条直径和材料疲劳性能参数对承载外簧可靠性的影响显著,中径和材料疲劳强度对其影响较小.The strength degradation model of spring material is established based on gamma random process,and the dynamic reliability model of spring with service mileage is established according to the stress strength interference theory.The dynamic reliability of spring is analyzed by random perturbation theory and fourth moment method,while the influence of each parameter on the service reliability of the spring is analyzed by means of the mean value and variance sensitivity of random variables.The analysis results show that the reliability of the bearing outer spring of K6 bolster of freight car main type bogies in our country has decreased obviously in the second repair period,and it should be inspected and replaced in time;the spring diameter and material fatigue performance parameters have significant influence on the reliability of bearing outer spring,medium diameter and material fatigue strength have little effect on it.
