摘 要:近年来,尿道下裂发病率呈上升趋势。手术修复是唯一的治疗方法,但尿瘘、尿道狭窄等术后并发症的发生率依然较高。在尿道下裂修复术中加盖新尿道屏障能减少术后尿瘘的发生,然而新尿道屏障的设置方法多种多样,莫衷一是。患者常常需要手术治疗,且在手术中设置新尿道屏障。本文就这一方法与技巧的临床研究进展作一综述。In recent years, the incidence of hypospadias is on the rise. Surgical repair is the only treatment, but the incidence rate of postoperative complications is still high, such as urinary fistula and urethral stricture. In the repair of hypospadias, a coverage of neourethra can reduce the rate of postoperative complications such as urinary fistula. However, there are too many ways to choose. Patients often undergo surgical treatment, and the coverage of neourethra is set up during the operation. This article reviews the progress of clinical research using this method and technique.
