摘 要:以张家界石煤钒矿为原料,添加MnO2氧化浸出石煤中的钒。探讨了MnO2用量、液固比、浸出时间、H2SO4用量、浸出温度等因素对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明:当MnO2用量为3%,液固比为0.8∶1,H2SO4用量为35%,浸出温度为95℃,浸出时间为10h时,钒浸出率达到94.17%。钒浸出率R以1-(1-R)1/3的形式与浸出时间t有良好的线性关系,根据Arrhenius公式近似求得该浸出反应的表观活化能约为54.62kJ/mol,表明该反应属于化学反应控制。The manganese dioxide was used to oxidize and leach vanadium from raw material of the stone coal vanadium ore from Zhangjiajie.The effects of MnO2dosage,liquid-solid ratio,leaching time,H2SO4 dosage and leaching temperature on vanadium leaching rate were investigated.The results show that the leaching rate of vanadium reaches 94.17%under the conditions as follows:MnO2dosage of 3%,liquid-solid ratio of 0.8∶1,H2SO4dosage of 35%,leaching temperature of 95℃and leaching time of 10h.The vanadium leaching rate Rhas a good linear relationship with the leaching time t in the form of 1-(1-R)1/3.The apparent activation energy of the leaching reaction is approximately 54.62kJ/mol according to the Arrhenius equation,indicating that the reaction is controlled by a chemical reaction.
