摘 要:以AMT为原料,采用喷雾工艺制备的球形黄钨具有颗粒小、内部为空心结构、活性高而易于还原的特点。黄钨经氢还原可制备成纳米级别的钨粉,再经过通氢碳化而制备成碳量饱和的超细碳化钨粉。采用XRD、SEM对粉末的物相和形貌进行分析,结果表明,碳化钨BET粒度只有0.163μm,粒度分布均匀,无粗大颗粒,质量完全达到优质超细粉末标准。以此碳化钨作原料制备的硬质合金样品晶粒细小而均匀,物理力学性能好,可以满足制备高性能刀具、钻具等的需要。Spherical yellow tungsten prepared by spray technology with AMT as raw material has the characteristics of small particles,hollow inner structure,high activity and easy reduction.Nano-sized tungsten powder can be prepared by hydrogen reduction of yellow tungsten,and then carbonized in hydrogen to form ultra-fine tungsten carbide powder with saturated carbon content.The phase and morphology of the powder were analyzed by XRD and SEM.The results show that the BET particle size of WC is only 0.163μm,and the particle size distribution is uniform without coarse particles.The quality of WC is up to the standard of high quality ultrafine powder.The cemented carbide samples prepared with the above WC as raw material have fine and uniform grains and good physical and mechanical properties,which can meet the needs of preparing high-performance cutting tools and drilling tools.
