摘 要:本试验以泌乳期奶牛为试验对象,研究添喂5-羟基色氨酸、过瘤胃5-羟基色氨酸对奶牛产奶量及血浆激素的影响。根据年龄、胎次、泌乳日龄相近的原则选取30头健康的荷斯坦牛,随机分成3组,每组10头牛,分别为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组。对照组饲喂基础日粮(TMR),试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别在基础日粮的基础上添喂20g 5-HTP和48g RP 5-HTP;试验期45d,其中预试期15d,正试期30d;分别于正试期第0、10、20、30天的05:00、11:00和17:00时采集血样,测定产奶量。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组在第20天产奶量提高20.8%,差异显著(P<0.05)。在05:00时,试验Ⅰ组血浆INS含量显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组血浆INS含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。在11:00时,试验Ⅰ组血浆GH含量极显著提高(P<0.01),PRL含量极显著降低(P<0.01);试验Ⅱ组血浆GH含量显著提高(P<0.05),PRL含量极显著降低(P<0.01),INS含量显著降低(P<0.05)。在17:00时,试验Ⅱ组血浆PRL、GH含量极显著提高(P<0.01),INS含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。因此,添喂5-羟基色氨酸、过瘤胃5-羟基色氨酸能够提高奶牛产奶量,提高血浆中PRL、GH含量,并以过瘤胃5-HTP效果更好。In this experiment, lactating cows were used as experimental subjects to study the effects of 5-hydroxytryptophan and rumen-protected 5-hydroxytryptophan on dairy performance, plasma hormone levels. 30 healthy Holstein cows were selected that according to the principle of age(3-5 years old), parity(2-3 fetuses), and lactation age(170±49 d). They were randomly divided into 3 groups, 10 cows in each group, which were control group and test group Ⅰ and Ⅱ respectively. The control group was fed basal diet, and the test group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were fed with 20 g of 5-HTP and 48 g of RP 5-HTP based on the basal diet respectively. The test period was 45 days, of which the pre-feeding period was 15 days and the trial period was 30 days. Milk yield per unit was measured and blood samples were collected at 05:00, 11:00, and 17:00 on day 0, 10, 20, and 30 of the trial period. The results showed that compared with the control group, the milk production in the experimental group Ⅱ was significantly increased 18.22%(P<0.05) on day 0 and day 30..At 05:00, the INS content was significantly decreased(P<0.05) in the trial group Ⅰ. The INS content was significantly decreased(P<0.01) in the trial group Ⅱ. At 11:00, the plasma GH content were increased extremely significant(P<0.01), the PRL content was decreased extremely significant(P<0.01) in the trial group Ⅰ. The GH content was elevated significantly(P<0.05), the PRL content was decreased extremely significant(P <0.01), the INS content was elevated significantly(P <0.05) in the trial group Ⅱ. At 17:00, the contents of PRL and GH were increased extremely significant(P <0.01), the INS content was decreased extremely significant(P<0.01) in the trial group Ⅱ. Therefore, the addition of 5-hydroxytryptophan and rumen 5-hydroxytryptophan can increase the milk production, improve plasma PRL, GH content, compare with the 5-hydroxytryptophan, rumen-protected 5-hydroxytryptophan is more effective.
